Website Developer Scammer Being Referred by @Heaven

@Moruq 's Website:

I refrred Moruq to Sam Jafry the developer who made his website.
Yes his delivery time is shit but every change that moruq wanted and everything that Moruq asked for was done.
Sam did every edit fully for free with no extra costs.
Proof:

Yes @Moruq complained about delivery time a lot but in the end he got what he wanted every change that he wanted to be done is being done or was done by the developer Sam.
The Website is functional and the database was even exported in a way which it can be edited.
@Moruq did not even mention that the db has to be editable in the admin panel which Sam changed for free which took extra time ofc but yk he did what he did and it was for FREE

Next Website @Heaven

Myself.
He created my acc shop pretty simple i gave him all stuff he should do and he did it. He took a lot of time ofc as always devcelivery time is trash but hes a nice person and does what he promises so i was fine.

He finsiehd my acc shop you can even see it on heavens.vip its the unupdated version but you can see that the website is clearly done.


Next website @iconicref

Well Iconic was complain a lot about the time but in the end his website was done too. its done with the payment gateways finished i think he had some problmes with them imn not sure if everything is solved.
But the design and the website was compeltely done i dont know myself if the functionallity of the website if fully okay rn but as i saw it was fully done (front end).

He was daily complaing about him not keeping promises and left a negative feedback. Totally understandable actually cause Sam didint keep the times that he promised to Iconic.
Yet website was done.

@Heaven referred me to @TheHowl. @TheHowl started on making my website. @TheHowl is a really slow developer. @TheHowl also promised me to make the website exactly the same as the design I have delivered to him. Therefore, the whole order takes longer than it should. November 25th I have sent him the 50% of the total amount. It is January 29th now, and the website is still being developed and not finished. @TheHowl didn't scam me, he just doesn't deliver on time. @Heaven stop referring @TheHowl to other people since he can't handle multiple orders at the same time.

THne i saw you Moruq ho needed a website and Iconic i honestly forgot why i refeerred him but it was always based on people asking me where a good coder is or me trying to help them.

Didnt knew hell deliver stuff so late. Besides that Howl is a public person. You can see hes married and his marriage is just a couple weeks ago therefore the delay is explainable.

And he took over 6 people at the same time to code all of their websites which resulted in this chaos. Anyways its a stupid situation if you guys need help i can speak to my other devs that can fix your websites for free incase youre unhappy
