Tl;dr:
1) @Shelbypurchased a Sellpass account from the known scammer @SadisticAss(Sellpass did not assist in this purchase).
2) @SadisticAsscontacted our support team, trying to delete this account. We declined the request since he wasn't able to prove ownership.
3) The shop itself was scamming users. Selling 10.000$ PayPal/Coinbase accounts for 80$ with no-risk warranty.
4) @Shelbycontinued to sell the same scam products.
5) We received scam reports about this shop and banned it for scamming.
We're not quite sure about how this is a failure on Sellpass's part. You attempted to continue with this scam by knowingly purchasing the store. Sellpass does not and will not support scammers.
Official response with detailed evidence:
Hi @Shelby, Sellpass admin here.
Sorry to hear about your loss. As terrible as it is to lose anything in a digital nature, this unfortunately is (was) not a byproduct of how we handle certain moderation efforts. Sellpass did not sell you the store. Sellpass did not assist you or otherwise offer a concierge service in acquiring the store. Sellpass did not attempt to coerce or otherwise force you to purchase the store. Sellpass has no policies in place to prevent or otherwise block the sale of stores.
After a prolonged investigation by our team, it appeared that the user in question (now banned from the Cracked.io forum) was involved with various nefarious or otherwise illicit activities which also involved ill-gained reviews alongside continued intent to fraudulently scam customers. The store owner abused our system by manually paying for products under the price of $0.01 and leaving false reviews (to the tune of hundreds).
Sellpass will not be the platform anyone will use to scam. While Sellpass has relaxed restrictions on the products you can sell, we have a zero-tolerance policy for scammers using our platform to steal the money of individuals.
@Shelbyknowingly purchased the store that was used to scam customers on platforms like Shoppy (with no moderation efforts, thus helping the scam operation to rise) where it was transferred to Sellpass (due to our platform regularly releasing updates and being active with community events). This store was selling financial information accounts (PayPal, Coinbase, Binance, etc) with balances over $10,000 for $50. If you aren't able to figure it out, that is an inconceivable and fraudulent scam.

To protect the integrity of customers, over the past week, we've received a number of individual scam reports. Prior to the account being sold, we banned the owner of this store on a previouspseudonym where they had been advertising on the search engine known as "Shellix" with zero to no moderation against scammers. Shellix recently removed its policy preventing scam stores from being advertised.
Ending on this note, Sellpass is building a brand surrounding trust and safety where customers can shop knowing they won't lose their money to scams.
In the event you purchased a legitimate store that wasn't involved with fraudulent scamming activities, we would do everything in our position to ensure the store is kept under your authority. For now, the store in question will remain disabled due to the potential associated risk. Not for being sold or by request for deletion (which was denied due to the user not being able to prove ownership), but because it had stolen thousands from customers.
All the best.

So i bought the shop today how am i supposed to continue sell the "same scam products" while i deleted most of the products there because thats wasnt my original purpose which is "scamming", i wanted to buy the shop and modify it into another selling accounts shop, you shouldnt say that i can continue to sell the same scam products while i have removed almost 50% of them in like 1 hour of me buying the shop
