i have been passively eating lots of calories in the past 2 months, mostly meat & rice, trying to bulk i have successfully gained 6KG and i weight 85KG right now
my triceps and back have been growing decently good with only 50/100 pushups a day for 2 months, that's my only workout i lose most of the calories irl work
does anyone here work out like crazy? i need tips on how to gain more, i don't take creatine or proteins, just food.
maybe i need to start taking creatine but not sure which one, my goal is to hit 95-100KG in the next 8 months.
