What to do with good access

I got access to a Chinese medical infrastructure, it seems pretty solid (has active directory and low security, easy to move laterally)
I don't have experience moving and i'm afraid to fuck it up
should i sell it instead or just keep going

i would more likely try to push this on chinese telegram channels, or forums.
instead of blocked.
