Hello guys, I have been using this method for a while. It is a refund method on apple.com (USA/CANADA). I do know also a replacement method for Apple EU domains. It is not FTID/DNA/EB/SCANS.

Not a lot people know about this and not a lot of refunders offer this service, why wouldn't you do it yourself?
