It slowed down my checker abit, made some proxies useless, but currently working on Proxy BAN (Fixing Most Proxies to work without retries]

V4 config is doing pretty well and holding up.
PX has been bypassed but too many proxybans, my dev is currently working on a fix.
Capture Config works best with bruted accounts to pull capture information.
