Reminder of received messages

Many of us spend a lot of time in the shoutbox just chatting away, but sometimes we may miss important direct messages. I know this has happened to me before, and it can be frustrating for the sender as well. To help out, it would be great if we could indicate in the shoutbox if someone has sent us a direct message, so we don't miss it. This way, we can continue to chat without worrying about missing out on important messages
