Improving the forum and getting rid of the leechers

What do you think, I have an idea how to get rid of leechers, what do you think about such an idea that it would be possible for new members to post in the sections where there are leaks and holisticz only when they reach 50-100 posts in simple forums columns or after receiving paid membership.

I think it will improve the forum and reduce spam

So new members would have to post 50-100 posts before being able to "leech" and this should reduce spam and leeching.

So they'll just spam to achieve those 50-100 posts, resulting in even lower quality activity. I don't think that's a good idea.

Leechers are part of the forum I don't get why people don't wanna accept such thing

Well, I think it's more efficient than it is at the moment
and would be more real members of the forum
it would be more useful both for the forum and for everyone
it would be easier for the moderators to deal with everyone
