[ Discussion ] Building a New Mass sender !

as we all know that webmail access could be used as a mass sender as well
so i'm looking for a script or a software to load bulk smtp accounts and start sending as well .
I'm thinking of loading different messages into it like 5 - 10 different letters will be sent to the email list in random way.
if you think you know a software doing the same thing or you've a better solution for me , let's talk about it.
