[ASKING] MY SITE/HOST IS REACHABLE ON CERTAIN COMPUTERS / FROM CERTAIN IPS / BROWSERS

hi.

i have a site (i can't share) that is http:// _ _ _
have an application that needs to use a file hosted on that site to run.
app can only connect to the host/site 2/10 times (it's not the app that is broken - works fine with others hosts).

why is the site denied / reported on some browsers and some machines (with or without AV active) and for others, connection can't be made (assuming dns issue, but even w/ tcpip shell connection still 2/10)?!

you need to activate Https and change dns settings
