Anyone know crypto.com verification bypass or how the verification works

I have been trying to verify my identity by providing my driving licence on crypto.com, any other method is not available. Although out here our driving license are chip based which are scanned by RFID scanner by cops or toll stations. Now because the card backside is white crypto.com is not accepting my document. I made an idea and used another Ids backside which has my same dob and address as my driving licence, but after submitting and waiting for more then 30 mins thinking it would pass but finally same email I recieved saying your driving License back photo is blank or is not valid.

I tried contacting staff but been 24-36 hours without any reply. Anyone has past experience with crypto.com?

My advice to you is to stop trying to contact their useless staff. They won't help you because they don't care about their customers. Instead, you should close your account immediately and find a more reputable platform to trade cryptocurrency. Trust me, it's for your own good.

I tried coinbase but it's kyc after KYC. After finishing the kyc I again got limited and being asked for more kyc and what not.
