In many cases some Leaked accounts are not working or someone changed the password. So adding an account not working vote or button can allow users who posted a reply to the post to vote it then the thread can either be archived or pushed to the end of the search results or added to expired category or after admin or moderator or a program check they can delete it or archive it or hide it.
It can be implemented as a system where when votes reach like 5 then someone or a program check if true and take action or automatically.
