spotify family premium help

Hi, i purchshed a spotify lifetime account and i recieved an invite to join a family account. After i accept invite it asks for name and address... can anyone please tell me what i do at this stage as when i fill it in it shows a message saying 'Only family members that live together are eligible for Premium for Family' and i dont know the address. Thank you

Hey , you can try and contact the person you bought it from , Did you also make sure to buy from the same country you are from ? that is very important. also din't the shoppy link or selly link contain an adress ?

Thanks for your reply, i contacted the seller but im yet to hear anything back. I didnt recieve any address from what i can see. I guess my best bet is to wait for the seller to reply
