Paypal Case purchase from Shoppy shop

I get a paypal case, someone who doesn't know bought a lot of premium accounts from my shoppy.
He placed an order on July 29, 2019. And the account was automatically sent because the auto buy shoppyto the buyer's email.

Then on 30 July 2019 he canceled the Payment and reported that he did not make a purchase on the grounds that it had been done without the account owner's permission, or was the result of a transaction error. So that the payment that has been received is sent back to the account owner.

He bought and paid with 2 different emails.

So what should I do?
I need advice from all of you. thank you

Yes, maybe if my appeal loses, then I will share the account with the public. :monkas:

I would say submit all information to PayPal that you supplied the item, but be aware because they frown upon digital account sellers.

If you mention you sold a digital item you'll basically lose instantly
