There should be a punishment for opening Fake Deal Disputes

Hello, yes someone opened a fake dispute on me and I am crazy mad.
Same guy opened a dispute on some1 else (A Fake one)

I am sure others have same issues like me, I am simply suggesting that you should place a punishment for fake disputes.
