Add a REQUEST button for Exclusive Release award

here is why i think you should add a Request button for Excusive Release award in the General category.

it would be easier for users to gain access to this award if you had a Request button.
and once pressed it will ask for the Thread link of the Exclusive Release that the user has posted.

then staff members can just go through and approve the request or not.
