Looking for someone to make a custom nuke bot.

Information:
The point of this bot is to be disguised as a real/legit bot. But with a twist. Instead of banning/kicking everyone the bot needs to just spam channels and change the server name. (for advertising)

Requirements:

• Discord.py
  
• Must be able to run smoothly on multiple servers
  
• Logs (as the examples in pic)
  
• Fake "help" command
  
• Nuke commands need to be used in the terminal or private discord server
