Exactis and/or PDL Database

Does anybody have the exactis and/or PDL database dump? Or at least knows where a fellow can go and find it? Tks!

You won't get Exactis for free. That is one that nobody is willing to give up. Probably looking at paying a good $200 for that at the moment. Not sure what the PDL one is, what does that stand for?

Do you happen to know anybody selling it, or even another forum? I've looked everywhere and can't find it...really just looking to find info on a few people. I don't need the entire database.
