Orcus is my personal favourite RAT. It has TONS of features.
Pros:
[+] TONS Of features
[+] Usable anywhere (setup-able on a server)
[+] Easy to setup
[+] Can be used via android app.
Cons
[-] Not very stable. But good otherwise.
