1. Fully delete Malwarebytes from your computer

2. Download and install the new version of Malwarebytes

3. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and find the files named 'HOSTS'
Open the file with any text editor and copy & paste in these IP's

0.0.0.0 keystone.mwbsys.com
0.0.0.0 telemetry.malwarebytes.com

4. Run malwarebytes and use this key and id

5.Set up this settings

Enjoy now you have the new version of Malwarebytes Premium

Try to delete and install again. It is working for me, so it should work.
