Once you have all those information contact amazon through live chat and tell them that the package you received was empty and u can't afford the losses ..... provide them with the order number and account email and let them do the work.
make sure to ask the for a refund through a gift card sent the email , if they end up refunding the amount directly to the account you'll have to call amazon and tell them you can't access your account since amazon has sms otp tell them your phone was stolen they might ask for your birthday or full address , Again you can get those from previous emails or registered accounts on the mail access.
Make sure to refund one item per account so it doesn't get banned.
