First, you will want to visit the site: here https://ipproxy.info/
Next, create an account and fill in all the information except the phone number and SMS code
Feel free to use a tempmail provider, I highly recommend https://tempmail.ninja/
For the phone verification, you will need to create an account on https://www.textnow.com/ (once again feel free to use tempmail)
Once you have a created the TextNow account, enter the phone number and request the SMS Code from the signup page on the proxy site
Now, enter the code you just received from a text on TextNow and complete the signup, then claim your free 1GB of residential proxies and repeat!

How to use the proxies?
When creating the API link/Proxy link on the site select the option of 30 minutes (default: 1m)
Leave everything else the same and then generate the link and visit it.
Copy the proxies from the link you visited and put them in a text file to use them
These proxies are IP authed, you can add different ips and multiple of them as well if you go to the dashboard section of the site.
