Amounts will be from $100-$1500. I need someone to pay to websites I tell them for advertisements. They pay and for exchange I will give BTC/LTC.

To be clear again: You need to pay to pages/Websites with your Paypal. Then I will give you Bitcoin in exchange. Rate mentioned above

I think you should offer PAY amount +5-10% as you are keeping your privacy by requesting someone else to pay with PP, while you pay in crypto.
